What we cover, and what we don’t
We cover software: pricing, plan limits, add-ons, billing terms, and features as vendors describe them. We don’t give training, nutrition, or wellness advice, and nothing on this site is a recommendation about how to coach anyone.
How we work
- Vendor pages first. Every price and plan limit comes from the vendor’s own public pricing page or FAQ. Each guide lists its sources and the date we checked them.
- Priced at real roster sizes. Most coaching platforms charge by client count, so we price each one at the same client counts and include the add-ons you’d need.
- Research, not hands-on reviews. We don’t claim to have tested these products with clients, and we don’t publish star ratings or invented testimonials.
- Promotions are labeled. Introductory discounts are shown as introductory, next to the regular price.
Who runs the site
Coach Software Guide is an independent publisher. It isn’t owned by, or affiliated with, any of the companies we cover. Product names belong to their owners.
