The jump from 100 to 200 clients is only $25/mo, so the 200-client tier works out cheapest per client: $1.25 per client on monthly billing, compared with $5.00 at 5 clients.

Studio Plus adds group video calls, custom recipes, referral and prospect booking, API access, and onboarding help. All add-ons and the Studio Branded App are included at no extra cost.
What each plan includes
- Grow: AI Workout Builder, custom programs, a Trainerize.me profile, and wearable integrations.
- Pro: everything in Grow, plus custom exercise videos, welcome emails, consultation forms, advanced messaging, and challenges.
- Studio Plus: everything in Pro, plus the items listed above and every add-on.

Branded app tiers
Trainerize offers three branded app levels:
- Pro Branded App: $169 one-time for Pro users. Your logo and colors in the Trainerize app.
- Studio Branded App: included with Studio plans. A fully white-labelled app listed under your brand name in the App Store and Google Play.
- Enterprise Branded App: full customization, including icon packs, widgets, and e-commerce, with a dedicated account manager.
Trainerize notes that publishing to the Apple App Store yourself needs an Apple Developer account, which Apple charges $99/year for.
Worked example: 30 clients, payments, and video calls
Pro 30 ($79) + Stripe Integrated Payments ($10) + Video Coaching ($10) = $99/mo on monthly billing, or $91/mo with annual billing on the plan ($71 + $20). Add $169 once if you want the Pro Branded App.
Trial and billing rules
- 30-day free trial with no card required. When it ends, your account goes back to the free plan unless you pick a paid plan.
- Trainerize says it doesn’t offer refunds.
- If you cancel, active recurring products are canceled and won’t renew, and a custom branded app is deactivated, so clients go back to the main Trainerize app.
- Prices are in USD.
How Trainerize compares
