My PT Hub says clients pay nothing to use the software or app. If you want to charge clients, you set up Packages, which connect to Stripe. You can create a new Stripe account or link an existing one. The pricing page doesn’t list Stripe’s processing fees, so check Stripe for those.

The intro discounts
The pricing page shows reduced first-period prices. As of Nov 3, 2026:

If the offer works as shown, the first 12 months of Premium come to about $619.50 on flexible monthly (3 × $29.50 + 9 × $59) and about $514.80 on annual (3 × $15.60 + 9 × $52). For Ultimate, they come to about $2,386.50 flexible and $2,047.50 annual. These are our estimates, so confirm the terms at checkout. Intro offers on pricing pages change often.

The page shows two figures for the custom branded app, $95 and $66.50. We can’t tell from the page text which one applies to you, so confirm at checkout.
On the Ultimate card, each add-on is listed without a price, and the page says “5 additional trainers included.” The text doesn’t say outright whether the other add-ons are bundled, so ask My PT Hub before you assume they are.
The 30-day trial
The trial lasts 30 days with no card required, and all features are available. At the end, the account is automatically downgraded to Lite unless you upgrade. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Putting it on your own site
My PT Hub says you can embed the web app in your own website, or link buttons to your own custom subdomain URL. Contact its support team for help.
