My PT Hub’s Starter is capped at 3 clients, so a fourth moves you to Premium. Everfit’s Pro tiers sit at 5, 10, 20, 35, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 200, 250, and 300 clients, so a roster of 21 to 35 pays the 35-client price. My PT Hub also showed intro discounts at the time of checking: 50% off the first 3 months of Premium on flexible monthly and 70% off on annual. These figures are full price.
Everfit’s Studio plan, aimed at larger rosters, starts at $105/mo monthly or $88 annual for 50 clients and tops out at $430/$358 for 500. My PT Hub Ultimate is $215/mo flexible or $195 annual regardless of client count.

A realistic bill
Both vendors sell extras separately, so total your needs. With 35 clients, annual billing, and payments plus automation, Everfit is $63 plus $8 for Payments & Packages plus $24 for Autoflow, which comes to about $95 a month. My PT Hub Premium is $52 and already lists payments and automated check-ins, with Zapier ($19) and a custom branded app ($95 one time) available if you want them. These are our additions of each vendor’s listed “from” prices, and Autoflow is billed on usage, so your total may differ.
Which one to pick
Count your active clients now and in a year. A coach with 5 or fewer can start on Everfit for free. A growing roster favors My PT Hub’s flat price. Then price the pieces you’ll actually use: payments, automation, a branded app, and extra trainers. Comparing with other platforms?
